Forums in local communities and national level to stir conversations of gender equality in sports participation and leadership development by addressing issues that deny girls and women chances for leadership opportunities.

She Leads 4 Change; Leadership clubs formed in high schools, sports clubs and higher learning institutions to create a network of young leaders sharing the same interests.
